Financial aid is available for individuals ages 3 and older. The financial aid application must be completed by an adult 21 years or older.

The Hydrocephalus Association will offer one of the following three financial aid packages:

Partial Financial Aid Packages:

• Full registration
• Full registration and Two Nights Hotel

Full Financial Aid Package:

• Full Registration, Two Nights Hotel, and Travel Stipend

Recipients will be given a complimentary, full registration to HA CONNECT. Awardees are asked to attend all two and a half-days of the conference as well as the activities and receptions that are part of the experience. Registration includes access to all sessions and receptions.

The Financial Aid Program has closed. Recipients will be announced by May 2024. Those selected will have the option to accept or decline their scholarship within five days of notification. 

If you are a recipient of a financial aid package, you must provide HA staff with proof of travel arrangements by June 15, 2024. This is to ensure that all awards are used to attend HA CONNECT. We want to avoid awarding a scholarship to someone who does not attend when there is another person with a financial need who could have attended as a substitute.

Please help us send others to HA CONNECT who are unable to cover the entire cost on their own. Your gift will contribute to help cover conference registration, lodging, and travel costs.
